Who is Linda Children Center India?
Linda Children Center India (LCC) was founded by Paul and Linda Schultheis together with their family. Linda, our namesake, was the inspiration for the establishment of our work in India. Her legacy is one of reflecting the love of Christ, be it teaching women’s Bible studies, creating a welcoming home, supporting Paul’s many ministry efforts or sharing her warmth, wisdom and encouragement with her daughters and all her knew her.
Meet Our Leadership
Jeri
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Jeri has been part of the LCC family since its early days in 2017. A one-week visit to Bengaluru, Karnataka changed not only her world perspective but also the course of her life. As the sister of our namesake, it is a blessing for her to serve and carry forward Linda’s legacy. Drawing on 35 years of professional management experience, Jeri supports our pastors in both Bengaluru and Hyderabad, assisting with everything from day-to-day communications to coordinating projects, events, and outreach efforts that strengthen our mission.

Gina
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
During a visit to India, Gina witnessed firsthand the poverty and lack of basic resources faced by the children and adults supported by LCC. At the same time, she was deeply touched by the love, joy, and hope that filled their lives. This experience affirmed her calling to join LCC’s mission. Drawing on more than 40 years of property and asset management experience, Gina is honored to serve as Director of Finance, where she focuses on strengthening administrative and financial operations.

Audrey
VICE CHAIR
Audrey has a long-standing commitment to serving others. She has worked with the Strategic Resource Group’s Refugee Relief Fund in the Middle East, supporting both children and adults while forging strong relationships with ministry partners in multiple countries.
Audrey’s passion lies in finding practical and spiritual ways to meet the needs of marginalized people around the world. As Linda’s daughter, she considers it both an honor and a privilege to serve on LCC’s board.

Karen
DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION
As Director of Education, Karen is honored to serve on the executive board of LCC, where she advocates for the education of underserved children in India. With a Master’s degree in Education and over 40 years of teaching experience, she has spent her career furthering the growth and development of young minds.
Karen has also spent nearly 20 years serving on the Arizona State Foster Care Review Board, a role that reflects her commitment to vulnerable children.

Learn About Our Ministry in Bengaluru
The LCC team has been actively serving in Bengaluru since 2017. With the faithful partnership of Pastor Vilbert, a local resident, and through the immeasurable grace of God, we have had the privilege of impacting hundreds of children and their families. What began with meeting the simple need for clean drinking water has now grown into life-changing opportunities – most recently the joy of celebrating our first nursing student.
What we have seen at this center can best be described as ‘Regenerative Transformation’. This goes beyond creating visible change—it is about fostering renewal that adapts, grows, and sustains itself over time. Our goal is to introduce systemic improvements that can ultimately be carried forward independently by the very families and communities we serve for generations to come.
Learn About Our Ministry in Hyderabad
In 2023, God opened a new door for LCC in Hyderabad. A pastor, his wife, and their teenage daughter had welcomed eight boys into their home—children from a nearby community overwhelmed by poverty. By the end of 2023, that number had grown to 14. Their request was simple: help with food and school expenses. By God’s grace, we were able to respond.
Today, the home’s living space is filled with bunk beds and smiles, and a total of 24 boys. During a Spring 2026 visit to Hyderabad, the LCC team met with a builder to discuss completing a dormitory-style addition being constructed on the roof of the family’s home. The new space will provide the boys with bathroom and shower facilities, a dedicated study area and patio, and additional room to live and grow comfortably. We are praying that both current donors and new friends will feel called to contribute to this important undertaking.
